1973 Ford Capri RS2600 Group 2 / IMSA - Period race car, untouched for 40 years
Ready to be restored into a competitive entry for MRL and Patrick Peter

One of two Capri RS2600s run by Clayton Dopke's ROK-STOCK sponsored team in IMSA during the late 1970s, this time-warp Capri is a fantastic and unique project for those wanting a period racer to enter Patrick Peter's HTC and Motor Racing Legend's HTCC.
This RS2600 and its sister ROK-STOCK entry (which was the ex-works Le Mans car) were both found in containers in the USA in recent years having not been touched since 1980. Whilst the sister Group 2 RS2600 is back in the works blue and white Le Mans livery, this car is still complete with every inch of paint and every sticker it last raced with - even down to the scrutineering stickers on the roll-cage.
With all the Group 2 RS2600 'Weslake' spec parts on the shelf here in the UK with Ric Wood Motorsport, restoration will be relatively straight forward. Following restoration, the new owner will have a truly unique, period racing RS2600 Capri, in colours like no other European car!
